Episode Description
It’s finally here! Welcome to Season 2 of Roll to Hit, our live play, 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons podcast! Even if you’re new to the show, this is a great place to start, as you’ll get an intro to the characters.
Our story (this season created and DM’ed by David) picks up 3 months after the Tarshin saga. The heroes have settled down in less epic jobs throughout Skandrone, and they were enjoying their semi-retirement (although somewhat restlessly) until a massive explosion occurs. Excited to spring back into action, we join our heroes as they navigate their way through the chaos that ensues throughout the city to investigate the cause of the explosion.
Our cast includes:
David – Dungeon Master and creator of the campaign
Paul – Sherlock Gnomes, Gnome Detective
Rob – Talon, the Half-Elf Sorcerer/Monk
Josiah – Ezzir, the Drow Elf Monk
Shawn – Thaddeus, the Half-Orc Paladin
Also, I apologize for the random banging in the background. Despite our best efforts to warn the neighborhood of our recording session, nerds don’t control the world yet. So we shut down their internet hehe. In better news, some of our long time listeners might be pleasantly surprised 😉
We would love to get your feedback! Please leave us your comments!

Hi guys! Really enjoying the show–I’m on S01E18 at the moment. I just wanted to make a suggestion–it would be great if you guys introduced yourselves as your characters at the start of each episode. “Hi, I’m Rob, I play Talon–the half elf sorcerer monk.” It would make it a lot easier to discern you guys from each other if we got repeated character voice benchmarks. Regardless, I’m enjoying the show and can’t wait to get caught up!
Thanks so much for your suggestion Kat! That’s definitely something we can start doing. Maybe we can work it into the intro somehow. I’ll see what the group says!
Glad you’re enjoying the show 🙂
