So, not totally related to this specific episode, but I love the food talk at the beginning of each episode! I just need you to make some kind of official list or map document so that I can keep track of the recommendations for my own travels!
I just watched Vegan: Everyday Stories. The slow and prolonged pauses really added to the overall theme: investing time to connect with other beings is worthwhile. I felt as though the message was that if we just slowed down and thought about our habits and actions, if we could be more mindful, we would be making more compassionate choices. The documentary does not have a flashy facade but it has depth. I really enjoyed it! Thank you for reviewing it- I probably would not have known about it otherwise :).
